Product description:

Cylinder Magnetic Separator for granular material, also known as bullet magnets, we have re-designed it and made it into discrete type to easy cleaning, and SunMag has already got a patent of this novel design.

Cylinder magnetic separator fro granular material is ideal for the removal of tramp type contamination, for example nuts, bolts, staples etc., from gravity and pneumatically conveyed pipelines. The unit is designed to prevent tramp iron from damaging expensive process machinery. It is available for grainy cereals, with a buffer to reduce flow speed and enhance the capacity of filtering Fe particles.

Application:

Cylinder magnetic separator for granular material is similar with cylinder magnetic separator for powdery material, except adding a steel plate under the inlet to protect the magnetic filter bars and slow down the speed of coming materials. And as the new patented design of discrete type, it could easily remove ferrous particles or tramp metal contaminants.
